Job Responsibilities: Monitor and assist with Safety, Security and Quality in accordance with the JMS, Safety Management System, Base Operating Procedures, Local Airport and Environmental Regulations, Customer, and Industry StandardsPrepare, organise, and take minutes for monthly HESS meetingsPrepare, organise and document quarterly base safety exercisesIn consultation with the client, maintain base safety schedule checks on all safety equipmentAttend to visitor access control and administer ASIC passes for Visitors & ContractorsConduct Base Safety Inductions for staff and contractorsManage communication protocols, processes and content with customers, other company locations, staff, vendors and local service providers and authoritiesPrepare customer and company operational reports and manage underlying documentation and dataMaintain supervision and maintenance of base operational vehicle, including proper vehicle utilisation and monitoring of vehicle logOversee paramedic flight role equipment which include helmets and harnessesPrepare prompt and accurate invoicing reports for Contract and customersCo-ordinate accommodation and company transport requirementsArrange local supply requirements and payments through Base accountCoordinate base facilities management and maintenanceReceipt and dispatch of goodsMaintain Base Petty CashConduct Internal AuditsManagement of ERHS remote/regional fuel cachesProvide other general administrative duties as requiredQualifications: Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essentialStrong organisational and time management skillsCompetent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work autonomously and under supervisionAbility to work collaboratively across teamsDemonstrate a positive, flexible, and adaptable approachAviation experience will be viewed favourablyAt CHC, we believe a diverse workforce makes us stronger.
