We are currently on the hunt for experienced bartenders and waitstaff to join The Bar Margaux team.Who Are We?The Made In the Shade Group unites venues and services owned and operated by Michael and Zara Madrusan: The Everleigh, Heartbreaker, Navy Strength Ice Co., The Everleigh Bottling Co., Connie's Pizza and Bar Margaux.Every Made in the Shade venue or product is born out of a desire to break new ground in Australia's hospitality scene and define standards of service.
Our motto is 'People before Drinks', this means consistent service across all Made in the Shade venues for every guest, seven days a week.
We are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering every product and experience with authenticity and unwavering attention to detail.Bar Margaux is a bar and brasserie serving cocktails, wine and classic French food until late.With a menu built on French bistro classics alongside daily specials, an extensive wine and cocktail list, and a substantial supper menu available until close, Bar Margaux is Melbourne’s latest love affair.Role and RequirementsWe expect applicants for both bar and floor to have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and venue environment, demonstrate relevant experience and the fundamental skills required for the desired role.
