Key Requirements: Valid RSA card:

Essential for serving alcohol responsibly.
Knowledge of beer and cocktails:

You should be well-versed in a variety of beers and skilled in crafting both classic and innovative cocktails.
Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor:

A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Hardworking and reliable:

We need someone who is committed to maintaining high standards and can be relied upon to lead by example.

Job Details: Hours: Minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week.Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the bar:

Manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth service.
Ensure high-quality customer service:

Create an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive and personalized service.
Train and mentor junior staff:

Share your expertise and guide new team members to develop their skills and confidence.
Manage inventory and supplies:

Keep track of stock levels, place orders with the manager, and ensure the bar is always well-supplied.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area:

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.

$30.00 – $40.68 per hour Expected hours:

Experience: Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification: RSA (Preferred)
