Barista Cafe All Rounder

Asal's Cafe and Dessert Bar is looking for an experienced high-volume Barista / Café All-rounders to join our fun and energetic team. You must be fast on your feet, have a strong background in hospitality, experience using specialty coffee, able to multitask, have great customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends.
Responsibilities
- Experience as a barista / all rounder, especially within an fast paced environment making high-volume coffee.

- A passion for coffee and strong product knowledge.

- Able to work well under pressure.

- Willingness to learn.

- Be outgoing and have a friendly personality.

- Must have positive attitude, good work ethic, be a team player and have good communication skills.

- Willing to assist in all necessary daily café duties.

Be available on weekdays and weekend availability!

Have at least 2 years’ experience as a barista with the ability to pour quality latte art.
