Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to help lead our fun, dynamic and outgoing team.The Denmark Tavern is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and we also host live music!As a Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will require at least 3 years of experience in this role.The role will include but is not limited to the below areas:Day to day running of the bar & restaurantRun reservations and POS systemsMotivating and teaching the staffHire, train and maintain adequate staff numbersBuild rapport with our existing repeat clientele and also build new relationships.The skills you must possess are:Ability to communicateTime managementAbility to effectively deal with customer complaints and defuse all situations in-houseAll training and support with our systems will be provided.
