A Wahlburgers Bar Manager is an experienced professional committed to delivering the best in guest experience, working closely with the Restaurant Manager in cultivating a winning culture in a high-volume, fast-paced and extremely rewarding atmosphere.
Job functions include:
- Managing all operational aspects of the bar, including rostering and managing staff;
- Stock control, ordering, recipe and COGS management experience; and waste control management;
- Outstanding guest service skills, above and beyond hospitality mindset;
- Ensuring the wellbeing and safe consumption of alcohol by patrons on premise;
- Compliance with health and safety standards and liquor laws and regulations;
- Ability to execute recipes to brand standards;
- Knowledge of market trends and seasonal and regional flavours for rotating features and specials;
- Quality Assurance experience;
- A passion for beers, spirits, liqueurs, and wine;
- A desire and ability to mentor and develop a driven and professional bar team, creating a great working culture;
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for driving the bar experience; and
- Availability to work nights and weekends is a must.
