Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests to the bar with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
Provide attentive and personalized service, guiding guests through our diverse selection of premium beverages and crafting delightful cocktails tailored to their preferences.
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of our bar menu, including wine lists, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, to offer recommendations and answer inquiries.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, while maintaining a strong focus on honesty and integrity.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Comply with all health and safety regulations, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or upscale bar setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our luxury hotel brand.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service, anticipating their needs, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in responsible alcohol service and food handling are preferred.
