As Banquets Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting the Banquet Operations Manager to run all banquets and events in the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Engage, motivate, train and develop team members to deliver the most reliable, friendly experiences for our guests.Ensure that service, food and meeting space presentation for all conferences and events are of the highest standard.Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.What are we looking for?
