Reporting to the Banquet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areasLift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safelySet-up, maintain and break down banquet\meeting roomsFollow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet\meetingsReport needed repairs of unsafe equipment and\or conditionsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesAvailable to work varied shifts based on business demands, including but not limited to, weekends and holidaysOther duties as assignedrectify any deficiencies.Maintain complete knowledge of all Departmental/Hotel policies and procedures including safety guidelines.Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items/surfaces, according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and hotel requirements.Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments on an as-needed basisWhat is in it for you: Paid time offMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401KComplimentary shift mealEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further developmentOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Sustainability Committee Qualifications
