For one of our clients, a company offering products and services in the BPO field, we are looking for analytical, focused, and challenge-ready individuals for the role of Backoffice Analyst with French and English (work from Sofia / Bulgaria, relocation support).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing content and striving to identify content that violates set guidelines. Researching potential violating content and making careful estimations. Following content patterns and spotting rising trends. Keeping the feedback loop closed by reporting regularly to higher-ups. Updating on internal policies regularly and implementing changes into the work. Requirements: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken). Attentive to detail and able to focus for extended periods of time. Objective approach and good analysis skills. Active interest in current events and pop culture, plus strong time management skills. Ready to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment. Available to work on night shifts.
