Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code for our SaaS platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and quality of our system, ensuring code quality and automation, and contributing to the overall user experience. Your work will span from project conception to the finished product, and you will help shape our development practices as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code for backend systems.
Performance and Quality Modules: Implement performance and quality modules to ensure system robustness and efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs in the system, and devise effective solutions to address these issues.
Code Quality and Organization: Help maintain high code quality, organization, and automation standards.
Continuous Integration: Introduce and manage continuous integration processes to streamline development and deployment.
Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through to finished product, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
System Analysis: Analyze and evaluate system program needs, identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems.
Documentation: Write, update, and maintain technical programs, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.
User Experience Improvement: Focus on constant improvement in user experience to enhance overall satisfaction.
Internal Practices: Assist Desgyner with internal practices to standardize development as we grow.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on C++ programming.
Technical Skills: Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining efficient C++ code. Familiarity with performance optimization and quality assurance modules.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Code Management: Proficiency in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
Continuous Integration: Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.
Project Execution: Ability to see through projects from initial conception to finished product.
System Analysis: Experience in analyzing and evaluating system needs, and identifying technology limitations.
Documentation: Competence in writing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
User Experience: Commitment to constant improvement in user experience.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with modern development tools and methodologies.
