Ba Process Analyst

The Company:    Attribute Group are proud to be working with a fast paced and innovative IT solutions consultancy, whose portfolio of clients include some of the biggest brands in Australia.
They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a BA Process Analyst to work with one of their flagship clients.
What You'll Be Doing: Engineer Decision-Making: Use DMN or similar rules-based technology to directly construct business decisions, ensuring logic and workflows are as seamless as they are impactful.
Process & Information Modelling: Dive into processes, decisions, and data to model and refine them for maximum clarity and efficiency.
Data-Driven Optimisation: Use your analytical superpowers to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across systems.
Credit Decision Expertise: Shape and refine credit decisioning processes, leveraging your knowledge to improve outcomes.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to align decision-making frameworks with broader organizational goals.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience in process, decision, and information modeling.
Expertise (or a strong interest) in DMN, BPMN, or other decision rules technologies.
Analytical skills that go beyond number-crunching—you see patterns, solutions, and opportunities.
Experience with credit decisioning processes is a big plus.
A passion for creating systems that are logical, efficient, and user-friendly.
