Role Description The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to participants. This position requires a dynamic individual who can foster a positive learning environment, adapt training materials to varied audiences, and ensure that learning objectives are met. The Training Facilitator will play a key role in enhancing participants' skills and knowledge, thus contributing to the overall success of the company.
This role will include facilitating aviation safety management, investigation, auditor and other safety-related training courses throughout the Australia/Pacific region. As we have clients all over the region, the ability to travel is a must.
While the role is based in Burleigh Heads, QLD, we are willing to consider part-time, contract or other flexible options for the right candidate. Salary negotiable and commensurate to experience.
