About the roleAs an audio-visual (AV) Service Technician with Diversified, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for AV, video conferencing (VC) equipment for our clients based in the Darwin area.
This is a full-time position based in Darwin, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' AV systems.
What you'll be doing Roaming between client sites based on a ticketing systemPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of AV/VC equipment, including projectors, displays, sound systems, and video conferencing solutionsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with AV/VC equipment and provide prompt, effective repair servicesLiaise with clients to understand their needs and provide timely, professional supportMaintain accurate records of all service activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standardsAssist with the installation and configuration of new AV/VC systems as requiredStay up-to-date with the latest AV/VC technologies and techniques to provide the best possible serviceWhat we're looking for Proven experience as an AV service technician, with a strong understanding of audio-visual systems and equipmentExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issuesStrong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clientsFlexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to support our clientsRelevant technical certifications or qualifications in the AV fieldA valid driver's licence and reliable transportationAustralian citizenship work rights to be able to hold an AGSVA clearanceWhat we offerAt Diversified, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
