Role Overview:
Service advisors are a vital link between our customers and the workshop.
Their role is to coordinate the vehicle service needs of our customers and to ensure that the process is efficient.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle service needs of customers.
Liaise with both customers and mechanics.
Prioritize tasks to meet important deadlines.
Utilize technology effectively.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of engines.
Current driver's licence.
Service advisor background is preferred, but not essential.
