Your Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction by:
Estimating repair costs for damaged vehicles
Preparing detailed quotes for insurance companies
Ordering parts and managing inventory
Welcoming customers, addressing their inquiries, and managing their experience
Invoicing jobs and managing data entry
Liaising with insurance companies to ensure efficient workflows
Ensuring quality control and overseeing vehicle handovers
Reporting to the Workshop Manager and driving results
About You:
Minimum 1 year of Estimator experience in the automotive (panel shop) industry
Proficiency in Auto Quote or similar automotive quoting software
A self-starter who can work independently with a high level of attention to detail
Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills
A commitment to quality work and a high level of personal accountability
