About the Role We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians with demonstrated experience maintaining and diagnosing earthmoving plant and equipment based in our Mobile Equipment Maintenance Division (Predominantly Newman Operations - Newman West) to conduct planned and/or breakdown maintenance and repairs, FIFO from Perth. This role offers an 8/6 7/7 rotating day/night roster.
Responsibilities include: Servicing, diagnosing, planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of mobile plant and equipment - Predominantly Cat 793F trucks and Cat 785 watercartsFollowing scheduled planned/breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections on equipment as requiredExecute work orders as per schedule and to a high standardCompleting inspections and repairs as per the maintenance strategiesScoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative workContribute to a positive team culture, working to a high degree of safety at all timesAbout You Previous experience in mining, or a transferable industry with larger sized earthmoving equipment desirable but not essentialCat knowledge highly desirable, however not essentialAutonomous experience also desirable however not essentialHighly safety focusedTeam focused, with a positive team-oriented natureAutonomous work ethicExcellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work as part of a diverse teamWhat is on offer?
