As our new Authorised Program Officer (APO), you'll play a vital role in promoting the quality of life for people with a disability, and/or mental health diagnosis. You'll use your expertise to:
Review and endorse Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring they maximize opportunities and promote self-determination.
Advocate for least restrictive support options.
Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Analyse incidents and develop action plans to minimize risks.

You will need:
2+ years of experience within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) industry.
Relevant qualifications and experience to obtain approval from the Victorian Senior Practitioner (VSP).
Thorough understanding of NDIS restrictive practices, standards and legislation.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
A tech-savvy mindset.
