100% remote work Must be Australian Citizen Required to attain Baseline Security Clearance About the role: Our client is a Federal Government Agency who looking for an Aurion Technical Consultant to help deliver business initiatives to enhance the Aurion Recruitment Module and implement the Payroll Onboarding Module.
Essential experience: 5+ years demonstrated experience in the Aurion system and have specialised technical expertise in Aurion web recruitment and payroll onboarding.
Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in Aurion ESS Forms and Business Process Automation (BPA) development and configuration.
Experience in implementing Aurion solutions within the Australian Public Service sector.
Desirable experience: Demonstrated experience across all Aurion Modules (Payroll, Leave, Career Manager and Timekeeper) Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong rapport with business stakeholders.
Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
