Amplifon Australia is looking for an Audiology Trainer to join our #makemorepossible team!
Reporting to the Retail Training Manager, this role is accountable for up-skilling our practitioners. The Audiology Trainer will be using their superior clinical and product knowledge to make a difference in the business. Be part of a dynamic & high performing team today!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver practitioner coaching programs Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions Conduct induction programs for new practitioners Administer on-the-job training Develop and update training modules Support interns and OSTA on internship journey You will have:
QP audiologist qualification with a minimum of 1 year experience Experience supervising university students and/or new graduates A passion for training and service excellence Confidence in public speaking Knowledge of MS Office Suite Willingness and availability to travel Highly organized and deadline-driven A proven leader with the ability to deliver results Applicants must be based in a Metro location This is a full-time Audiology Training Role What we offer in return:
