Associate Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a vibrant Associate Recruitment Consultant to contribute to the continued success of our Byron Bay office. In this role, you will work alongside a senior consultant, providing high-level support and assisting in sourcing top-tier talent for the mining industry, whilst learning the role of a recruitment consultant.This position offers the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and expand your skill set, with a focus on progressing your career in recruitment and providing you with all the tools you need to be successful.Responsibilities:Working closely with key clients to meet their skills demand on siteProactively networking to source quality candidate optionsRolling out candidate attraction strategies for your priority rolesRegular video interviews and developing "decision ready" candidates for clientsGenerating temp starters in the CRM (Bullhorn)Managing a contract portfolio and their safety complianceAssisting senior consultants with leads as they presentYou'll need to have:Previous experience in a sales, customer service, retail, or recruitment roleStrong IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledgeStrong desire to excel in the recruitment industryHave an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the boxA high level of initiative and driveAn outgoing and bubbly personalityHigh level of professionalism and a strong work ethicIf you're interested in learning more about life at Marble, jump on the 'Join our Team' page on our website or simply apply below.#J-18808-Ljbffr
