The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key external stakeholders in various industries and public institutions. As a leader in their field, the appointee will engage in public and institutional activities to enhance the Universitys research strengths in alignment with its strategic plan, collaborating with Swinburne researchers. Proactively seeking opportunities, the individual will be expected to engage in activities that strengthen existing connections with government, business, communities, and professions both nationally and internationally. The role requires maintaining a significant publication record at an international level and securing research funding at a national level.
