ABOUT THE ROLE:
•Permanent Positions: 1.0 EFT working across all shifts (minimum 0.5 EFT will be considered)
•Birthing Services, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
•Manage the day-to-day operation of a Tertiary Birthing Suite
•Contribute to and support the strategic direction and management within maternity services
•Provide positive leadership, support the nursing and midwifery team and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

ABOUT YOU:
•Registered Midwife with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
•Current midwifery experience, excellent clinical and communication skills and have demonstrated leadership qualities
•Current level 3 RANZCOG FSEP status
•Current credentialing for Intravenous Cannulation insertion
•Current credentialing for Perineal Suturing
•Preparedness to work across all shifts including Night Duty
