As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Advisor/Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview: As an Associate Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in wealth management while engaging directly with clients and contributing to the firm's continued success.
Key Responsibilities: Assist senior advisors in preparing and executing customized financial plans and investment strategies.Conduct research and analysis on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities.Prepare client reports, portfolio reviews, and presentations to support client meetings.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless client experience.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Progress toward or completion of relevant certifications is preferred.2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach.Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer: A collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Exposure to high-net-worth clientele and complex financial planning scenarios.Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.Competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.If you are a motivated finance professional looking to advance your career in private wealth management, we invite you to apply below.
