Associate Director - Qualitative Research
Kantar is looking for an Associate Director to join our fantastic Qualitative team in Sydney!
We are looking for someone who has qualitative expertise and can:
Deliver the insight component of projects from beginning to end, using your qualitative skill sets along with culture and consumer sources to build thinking.
Leverage advanced technologies including AI to enhance project implementation, analysis, and insight generation.
Be highly skilled, naturally talented insight practitioner who is able to confidently share methodology recommendations with clients and other team members.
Have an irrepressible instinct and strong ability to make the complex simple and tell powerful stories that will move clients to share and act.
Connect the dots that will solve the big questions for our clients and get a real thrill from building and delivering strategic research recommendations.
Be a brilliant communicator, able to articulate insights (both in writing and in person / presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
Have strong commercial acumen that ensures they deliver profitable projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Role model behaviours that inspire more junior team members.
Main responsibilities Apply an expert level of knowledge and understanding of our clients and their business in all interactions with clients.
Leverage advanced technologies including AI to enhance project implementation, analysis, and insight generation.
Deliver effective advice and consultancy for our clients.
Develop positive relationships with clients to the extent they are the first port of call for strategic opinions and advice.
Lead accounts to meet all account deliverables while working to agreed budgets, and course-correct where required.
Integrate knowledge of Kantar tools, philosophies and techniques and apply these appropriately to the design, analysis, and interpretation of research projects to deliver meaningful insights.
Ensure insights are translated into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better marketing decisions.
Actively seek new business opportunities and play an active role in developing them to achieve team budget.
