Open to an Associate Director or Director level professional who will be a key part of the business, managing 2 direct reports and being the go-to lead across a number of accounts covering entertainment, retail, financial services and automotive to name a few.
Every project is ad hoc focused, and you could be working on anything from NPD, large scale U&A's, brand uplifts, cultural insights, innovation, through to consumer/experience journeys.
What is expected from you? Associate Director: Leadership Role: Step into a junior leadership position, focusing on directing and leading others. Client Relations: Primary contact for at least 2 clients; build and maintain senior client relationships (head of insights or marketing manager). Business Development: Win new clients and support Directors in enhancing business reputation. Insight and Brand Expertise: Distill insights and make actionable brand growth recommendations. Develop concepts, innovation territories, brand architecture, positioning, and equity action plans. Deliver compelling and clear debriefs. Business Contribution: Active participation in business leadership in specific areas. Team Management: Manage and train junior team members effectively. Director: Client Leadership: Lead multiple client relationships and manage senior client relationships. Revenue Accountability: Responsible for meeting revenue targets, including maintenance and new business generation. Commercial Savvy: Skilled in acquiring new business and solving complex client challenges profitably. Thought Leadership: Pioneer the development of Starburst POVs, frameworks, and tailored methodologies to address client issues. Business Contribution: Actively contribute to building the business reputation. Specific leadership responsibilities in areas such as People, Partners, Philosophy, Process, Profile, and Performance.
