Associate Director, Construction Leadership Group (CLG), Strategy, Planning and Innovation.
This role is a salary Grade 11/12 with the base salary for this role starting at $139,787 - $161,663 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
This role is a temporary 12-month opportunity, based in Sydney.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Director, Construction Leadership Group (CLG).
The Associate Director, Construction Leadership Group (CLG) is responsible for supporting and implementing whole of government construction policy initiatives and reforms that support Government commitments related to the construction sector.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

Manage regular updates of NSW Major Infrastructure Pipeline.


Provide Secretariat function for monthly CLG Member meetings.


Provide evidence-based advice and support to the CLG to manage the Government's agenda in relation to construction industry matters.


Provide strategic policy advice in relation to construction industry matters.


Liaise with NSW Government infrastructure delivery agencies and construction industry stakeholders on whole of government construction industry matters.

About You
We are seeking an individual who will implement strategies for the monitoring and evaluation of policy initiatives to identify risks and issues and ensure the achievement of desired Government outcomes relating to the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will lead project management of key policy reform areas, support consultation and negotiation on policy issues with key stakeholders and provide sound policy advice.
