Duties will include: Assisting tenants with rental enquiries Maintaining high level communication with tenants Assisting the Property Manager with daily tasks such as inspections, leasing, and maintenance The preferred candidate will have: High attention to detail with a methodical approach High level communication skills both verbal & written Aim to deliver a customer experience, not just customer service Current Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain Drivers licence and own reliable car (company car available during office hours) Professional personal presentation A desire to grow their knowledge and excel in Property Management Strong belief in our company values and culture Salary negotiable with experience Grow&Co Property Agents aims to revolutionise the Property Management experience; join our team to become part of the journey.
