We're looking for a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join a growing commercial refurb and fit-out business within the hospitality space. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor and work in complex structural alteration environments, mentored by the two directors of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Design management and coordination
Budget estimate and reporting
Tendering
Client coordination and liaison
Site variation and design change
Site establishment and planning
Construction coordination and management
Managing subcontractors with programming, supervision, and contracts administration
