The role is accountable for delivering on product management activities required for the Platforms products including:
Implementation of new legislative changeBoard reportingIncident managementCustomer experience improvementsImplementation of robust controls and risk governanceContinuous improvement initiativesProduct implementation (e.g. processes, communications, forms etc.)Monitor and report on customer experience, complaints and business simplification What do I need?

To be successful in this role you should have an ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities across multiple teams/stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes. Prior experience in financial services or financial products is a necessary requirement of this position as well as superannuation and platforms knowledge. You should be a collaborative, team player with strong attention to detail and analytical skills and have a proven ability to work effectively within a highly legislated/governed environment.
