About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office management professional to assume the role of Assistant Night Manager.
This role is not just Front Office related, as your responsibility extends to total hotel management during your shift.

Requirements
Excellent systems knowledge, preferably OPERA and Micros Proven complaint resolution and customer service skills Problem solving and time management skills Ability to motivate and influence colleagues This role is a first responder in the event of any Emergency, Medical and/or Fire Safety issue and so must remain calm in an emerging situation.
