Global Pacific Seafoods is part of Global Food & Wine - one of Queensland's leading Food Service & Hospitality Suppliers providing exceptional fresh and frozen seafood to customers in South East Queensland.
Based at our Robina production facility office, your role is an integral part of our team as you support the Branch Manager in daily wholesale, production, and retail operations. With a focus on administration as well as a hands-on approach, you are a key team member that ensures the smooth running of the facility.
Working in a varied environment, you will be responsible for:
Daily operations support including assisting the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled, addressing queries, production support, troubleshooting stock queries and related tasks. Administration & compliance support including maintaining the integrity of the ERP System (NetSuite) with stock codes/descriptions/stock levels, rostering, customer issues, ordering, and the like. Inventory tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Production planning and reporting. Training, leading, and developing team members. Manage POS updates & promotional signage. Actioning ad-hoc requests and more. To be successful in this role, you must have:
Strong Administrative Skills: Experience in a similar role with a focus on managing administrative and operational tasks. Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with team members, suppliers, and key customers. Problem-Solver: Proactive approach to handling stock and quality issues, employee support, and resolving any operational challenges. Attention to Detail: Organised and thorough in handling inventory management, order accuracy, and compliance with HACCP standards.
