Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert skin treatments, including advanced facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, and peels.
Lead by example and support junior therapists with training and guidance.
Assist with day-to-day operations, including stock management, bookings, and overseeing the client experience.
Ensure all treatments are delivered to a high standard, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
Help drive team performance and contribute to achieving salon targets.
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a skin therapist in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and product knowledge.
Experience in managing or mentoring a team is highly regarded.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
A passion for skincare and continuous learning.
