Pay: £11.80 per hour plus tips & performance-related bonus

Our cafe and deli offer a wide range of homemade meals with plants at the centre of every dish, no junk, no nasty fillers!
We are determined to bring plant-based eating back to plants, putting vegetables in the centre of each plate!

However, we have a full calendar of events and no week is the same, so we need someone who is up for a challenge!
We are looking for someone who can remain calm and thrive in a busy environment and direct staff effectively to ensure all our customers are happy and looked after during their time with us.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
You will support Management in running the restaurant and leading the team.
You will deliver excellent customer service, perform light paperwork, including H&S, and help promote the restaurant to exceed targets.
You will help to create a fun working environment whilst ensuring brand standards are upheld in the restaurant and bar.
Responsibilities:
Full knowledge of all food and beverage menu.
Manage, organise staffing, motivate, develop and support the team within the restaurant, ensuring inductions, training, assessment and appraisals are completed and documented.
Control costs in line with the budget, including operating costs, purchasing and staffing and payroll costs.
Maintain quality control for all food and drink served.
Ensure the team understand their responsibilities in maintaining and complying with Company standards of food safety, health and safety and fire safety.
Support the Manager with sales opportunities.
Essential Skills and Experience:
A passion for quality produce A passion and energy for people skills and personal development Must be very friendly and professional in approach.
At least two years of experience in hospitality.
Barista experience preferred.
