About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a proven track record in thriving within a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help establish structure and inspire your team to reach and surpass their targets.
You'll be the key motivator on the floor, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a hands-on, lead-from-the-front position.
It will involve some physical work, including lifting heavy items and unpacking pallets, so a strong work ethic and readiness for physical tasks are essential.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in sales and retail Ability to promote a strong culture and influence change Experience in a business where growing a brand is important Ability to drive sales and KPIs in a business Passion for exceeding customer experience every time Physically energetic and not afraid of hard work Strong administration skills and experience with Microsoft Office Benefits and Rewards
