All about the role:
As key a member of the manufacturing finance team you will work closely with your colleagues on the preparation of accurate reports for various customers in accordance with the Electrolux Accounting guidelines. Also investigate unusual results and follow through with corrective actions.
What you'll do: Ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled, and all issues followed up and accounted for monthlyEnsure that journals are entered and processed in a timely manner to meet month end timetablesSupport on Capex Creation, Tracking and ForecastAssist with the monthly financial reports and the Environmental KPI Data packComplete the monthly departmental cost reportsAssist with the monthly Manufacturing Controlling Reports and KPI ReportsAssist with Cost Variance analysis and reportingManage the GRIR clearing accounts and follow up any unexpected variancesAssist with the monthly purchasing and direct material reporting as requiredAssist with the Budget and Quarterly Forecast ProcessAssist with the invoice coding if requiredSupport on Investment request analysis if requiredAssist with Electrolux Control Systems (ECS ) reportingOrganize cyclical stock take as requiredPrepare discontinued stock advice and complete journal entries for adjustments of stock accountsWho you are: Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldAn analytical mind and process drivenExcellent Time ManagementAdvanced Excel and data integration skillsGood communication skills and the ability to develop strongworking relationshipsA keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into dataDeadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraintsYou will be based in our Dudley Park, Adelaide manufacturing facility, within the Finance team.
