13th September, 2024 Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland provides high-quality provision of care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

Our centre is seeking a passionate Assistant Director on a part-time permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week commencing as soon as practicable. This position assists the Director in leadership and the operation of an effective and caring environment which supports the needs of the children in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of MMCNQ, the National Quality Framework and MMCNQ Policies and Procedures. You will be supported by an experienced Service Leader and a Business Operations Consultant throughout your journey.
