Assistant Director, Financial Systems

to join our client in their transformation project - Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) with TechnologyOne.

About the Role:

In this critical position, you'll play a key role in the development and transformation of Finance management systems. You will lead, supervise, and manage a talented Financial Systems Team while collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Operations, you will provide strategic and technical guidance, ensuring our systems not only meet but exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:Project manage the design and implementation of a cutting-edge FMIS.Oversee the management of TechnologyOne and Expense8 systems, including configuration changes, user access, and support.Utilise your analytical skills to run SQL queries and create insightful dashboards and reports for senior leadership.Manage the data migration process, ensuring master data integrity.Lead, mentor, and develop a small, dedicated team.Build and maintain relationships internally and externally, providing timely assistance and expert advice.Ensure quality assurance and customer service excellence in all financial systems activities.Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in Financial Management Information Systems Administration, with strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
