Overview of the ClientOne of our closest long-standing Federal Government Clients is seeking talented EL1 Level Managers to oversee a critical piece of work which incorporates systems requiring broad stakeholder engagement, especially from other Federal Government Agencies.
Overview of the PositionYou will play a critical part in the upgrade programs aimed at involving collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
You will lead, supervise, and build out the project stream for Technology One and Expense8 transformations.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens.
Those with Federal Government clearances or experience in the Federal Government space are highly regarded.
DutiesProject manage the design and implementation of new Financial Management Information System.Management of Technology One and Expense8 systems, including system configuration changes, user access maintenance, help desk inquiries, train new system users, and system testing.Coding and running adhoc SQL queries to generate data extracts for QoNs, data analysis, and audit inquiries, and develop dashboards and reports for the senior leadership.Lead, supervise, and develop a small team.Manage the ongoing development, implementation, system performance, and quality assurance of the financial management systems and processes used.
Candidates with the following skills and experiences are encouraged to apply:Demonstrated Financial Management Information Systems experience with Tech One.Experience with Expense8.Proven experience in team leadership.Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated high-level written communication skills with the ability to develop configuration/as-built documentation and training materials.
