We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Director to join our vibrant team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Centre Director to mentor and support our educators, helping them to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

You'll also play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the high standards of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations.
Mentor and support educators in their professional development and practice.
Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children and staff.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the wider community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in early childhood education or Bachelor in Early Education and Care.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children, fostering connections with nature, and supporting educators in their growth.
