Assistant Development Manager

The client Our client is a privately owned opportunistic developer with a proven track record in delivering projects nationally. They have a substantial development pipeline which includes large industrial estates and multiple smaller industrial sites in NSW, VIC, and QLD. The role Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for an Assistant Development Manager to join their team of 12 development professionals. Reporting to a highly regarded Development Director, your key responsibilities will include: Manage Development Infrastructure, Design, Legal or Planning Issues Preparation & Review of Feasibilities, & PCG Quarterly Forecasts Recommendation & Decisions on Final Design & Development Parameters Liaise with Relevant Councils in Relation to all Project Related Matters Ensuring Project Budgets, Forecasts & Feasibilities are Achieved Skills & experience To be considered for this position, you must have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager or be working in project management and are keen to transition into the development space. Industrial experience will be looked upon favourably however other asset classes such as residential, retail, and commercial will be strongly considered.
