Tier 1 constructor 10 year full cycle program - Design, Construction, Maintenance Major water infrastructure projects in the western suburbs Location - Sydney Olympic Park The OpportunityDue to new projects and increased outputs we are seeking an additional Assistant Contract Administrator to be part of the West Region Delivery Team. We are working on critical infrastructure to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for the next ten (10) years across wastewater and recycled water systems extending from Sydney's Inner West suburbs out to the Blue Mountains, including the Western Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.There will be a requirement to periodically travel to sites across Western Sydney.Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in site Administration on a tier 1 construction program.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide clerical and administrative assistance to the project team including; The flow of correspondence into and out of the office Reconciling and processing invoices Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers Maintaining various registers and spreadsheets Assisting in the month-end process Coordinate site meetings, calendars, events, site tours/visits, documenting meeting minutes and other duties related to project management Assist with preparing, formatting and collating reports and presentations Provide an efficient and professional administrative service to enable the smooth running of the project Prepare and process Subcontractor Payment Claims in accordance with current legislative and contractual obligations, including claims for variations.
