Our client is Australia's leading independent cinema group and one of Brisbane's gems... IYKYK! We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-centric Assistant Manager to join the team to assist in running the day-to-day operations of the venue.
**About You**:
- A strong retail, hospitality or events leader at Assistant Manager level
- Understanding of cinema operations is highly regarded
- Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 20
- A customer service superstar!
- Food & beverage experience is great
- Strong understanding of KPI's and how to achieve them
- Experience in delivering promotions
