About The Role Assisting senior brokers in managing client portfolios and developing tailored insurance solutions.Conducting market research and analysis to identify insurance products that meet client needs.Preparing insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Collaborating with team members to optimise processes and deliver exceptional service. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related field.Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance software.
