Multi-currency bank reconciliationsVarious monthly general ledger balance sheet reconciliations and associated journals, intercompany re-chargesMaintenance of fixed asset and lease registersLease accounting journalsMonthly government GST reportingEmployee credit card program and expense system administrationAccounts Receivable & Accounts Payable back up supportAssist with annual financial & statutory reporting.What Type Of Person Will Be Successful If you have the following credentials, you will thrive in this role:
Accounting Degree or applicable Tafe qualificationsAt least two years' practical accounting / bookkeeping experience in mid to large manufacturing organisationsExperience in managing monthly journals, bank and other ledger reconciliation processes and GST reportingStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyHigh level excel skills and exposure to full suite ERP system subledgers to sort large volumes of dataSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills to meet deadlinesAbility to problem solve with self-initiativeStrong written and verbal communication skills to work with varied stakeholdersWork experience in manufacturing or project services industries is preferred but not essentialWhat Set's Us Apart This is an exciting time to join Dematic.
