We are now seeking a full time Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in our Support Office located in Rydalmere, Sydney.
The Role Being the first point of contact for accounts/finance enquiries Undertaking all AR/AP functions Reconciling Bank, Credit Card, A/R, A/P General Ledgers Maintaining the companies financial databases and spreadsheet Assisting with month end financial journals and reporting Assisting with regulatory requirements including BAS/IAS and EOY financials Undertake all administrative functions in support to the Finance team Ad hoc duties and analysis as required About you Tertiary qualifications in accounting At least 2 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper role Proficient in Xero and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience working with construction accounting software is desirable (Procore / SAP / Cheops) What we offer you A value focused culture – We are Focused, Respectful, we Anticipate, Never Give Up and we are Kind.
