This is a unique chance to apply your project management expertise in a dynamic environment, driving risk management initiatives and ensuring our assets deliver on the organisation's mission and values.What you'll doLead the project management of escalated risks within the asset portfolio, ensuring timely and effective risk mitigation.Actively contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.Develop and implement best practices in asset management to support HCA's strategic goals.Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to progress key initiatives.Provide comprehensive management and compliance reporting to senior management and stakeholders.Deliver solutions that align with HCA's values, priorities, and policies.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat You'll BringYou'll bring a strong foundation in business, construction, or property development, with a proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects within the public, community, or private housing sectors. Your expertise in project management, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation, will ensure successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.
