The Role
This role offers a rare opportunity to work on a National portfolio of commercial office assets. Strategic analysis, portfolio analysis, operational efficiency modeling, and forecasting are focal to the role.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, your ongoing ability to deliver corporate advisory and optimal cost management solutions will be pivotal.
The Responsibilities

Identify investment / divestment opportunities
Research, develop, and present corporate advice and strategy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee the operational efficiency of each asset
Ensure all necessary budget & financial reporting is conducted and presented

Ideal Skills / Experience :

Experience in the asset management of a mixed commercial portfolio
A strong understanding of financial analysis and models
Sophisticated communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Substantial understanding of financial reporting software
Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively and autonomously
