The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Asset Management practitioner to join our team at RAAF Base Edinburgh, in support of the RAAF's maritime airborne surveillance and response strategy capability, the P-8A Poseidon. The position will primarily focus on program asset availability; identifying availability issues, developing and coordinating required solutions and mitigating longer term availability risk to assure the platform capability now and into the future.
Responsibilities
Coordination and implementation of asset availability strategies and resolutions across the capability.
Applies data analysis methods, and analyses performance indicators
Providing broader analytical support to the extended Asset Management Team functions of Supportability and Capability.
Task management, coordination and tracking to ensure avaibality requirements are met.
Support for all aspects of performance against contracted P-8A Performance Management Framework (PMF) requirements.
Coordinate the maintenance and delivery of the P-8A Asset Management suite of Asset Management (AMPs).
Experience/Qualifications
A logistics or technical background with strong data management and analytical skills.
A sound understanding of asset management principles and the application of those principles in delivering a sustainable capability.
Ability to work in an integrated team; managing, communicating and implementing strategies across a multifaceted program.
Experience managing, coordinating and tracking multiple interdependent tasks.
