Utilising strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will form an integral part of this role.
Key Responsibilities Reviewing/actioning maintenance requests from SharePoint.Liaising with external providers/contractors to perform tasks as required.Liaising with Real Estate agents for works within rental properties.Purchasing supplies/equipment required in our homes.Communicating with internal and external parties.About You: Excellent time management skills.Able to prioritise tasks.Adapt quickly to a changing environment.Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.Strong sense of urgency.Able to think outside the box.Strong relationship building skills.Keen eye for detail.Committed to delivering a final outcome.Strong computer skills.Come Join Us!
